Pixel Graphics Terms of Use

By purchasing any of my graphics you agree to abide by all terms listed. Any violations of my Terms will grant me the right to demand you to stop the use of my graphics without refund.

All purchase graphics are sent by email after payment has been made. Payments MUST be made within 24 hours or the graphic will be resold.

All graphics are copyright by me(unless stated otherwise). Give credit where credit is due. You may not alter them in any way. You may not copy any of my graphics to make your own. I reserve the right to refuse any orders at any time. I reserve the right to change my terms at any time.

Refund policy: There will be no refunds given.

Terms for Lines

Line Packs will be sold limited.

You may not alter my lines.

You may not sell my lines.(you may sell things with (colored) my lines that you have colored such as siggies...etc....)

You may not tube my lines, there will be no tubing allowed.

You may not share them with others.

You may not use them for tutorials.

When using any of my line packs a clickable link back to http://www.andreas-lil-pixels.com/ is required.

If you are using my lines in a password protected members area I may at anytime request loggin info to see that you are abiding by my terms. By purchasing my lines you agree to supply me with loggin access.
Terms for Tubes (pixels)

Tube Packs will be sold limited.

You may sell graphics created with these tubes,(signature tags, websets, etc…) but they must be placed in some kind of setting (scenery, background), you can not sell them as is.You may not share the tube packs with anyone else.Tube packs are not to be made into outlines and/or are not to be made into tutorials or other tubes.

Tube packs no longer require a certificate , a text link must be displayed on the same page that you are selling from as well as a clickable link back to http://www.andreas-lil-pixels.com/ is required.

When using any of my tube packs a clickable link back to http://www.andreas-lil-pixels.com/ is required.

If you are using my tubes in a password protected members area I may at anytime request loggin info to see that you are abiding by my terms. By purchasing my tubes you agree to supply me with loggin access.



Graphics (non-pixel) Terms of Use

You may not transfer any graphics to anyone else.Items purchased by you are for your use only.
You may not edit my graphics, cut, slice and dice. You may however resize them to your needs.

You may use my graphics (in a setting, not as is) for personal use:

desktop themes
scrapbooking
printables


Commercial Use

You must register(licensed) with Andreas-Lil-Pixels to sell your creations using my graphics.
Your finished creations using my graphics must be in some kind of setting, meaning you cannot take my graphics and sell them as is.
Registered customers May sell graphics as web based items.
